Зеленый изюм получают из бессемянного винограда, и это продукт, который производится в Иране. Город Кашмер является крупнейшим производителем зеленого изюма. Характеристики зеленого изюма включают его сладкий вкус и длинную форму. Для подготовки изюма к экспорту в разные страны выполняются тройные процессы мойки, лазерная сортировка с использованием современных устройств, а также проверка продуктов с помощью металлодетекторов. Окончательная сортировка производится вручную в полностью гигиенических условиях. Для соответствия качества зеленого изюма международным стандартам проводятся все химические и микробиологические испытания в современной лаборатории.
